Ordering was easy. Sample blind was available and operational at their downtown studio. Order arrived early and was professionally installed. Very nice looking and color matches perfectly. The sales representative said the fabric denseness of the blind we were look at would satisfy our needs, so we ordered the blind one step before black-out. We have a west facing patio and notice the blind does defuse some of the suns brightness, but a lot still gets through. Wish there was a thicker fabric denseness prior to the black-out blind.

Their people are so helpful and nice. I had a problem with a vertical blind, another company said it couldn’t be repaired. Jennifer at ZBlinds worked with me to determine if it actually could be repaired. After several conversations between the two of us, she sent Michael to look at it to see if he thought it could be fixed. He fixed it on the spot in a very short time. I am so very happy with their service 😊 I brill certainly contact them again if I need blind repair or new shutters.

We purchased a new home with standard wood blinds throughout, but wanted a few custom window coverings for our Master Bedroom and Den. We worked at the store with Travis, and were able to see all the samples in store, and take home the color swatches to choose the perfect shade that would match our other existing treatments. Once we made our selection, he was able to do the measurements on site, and get us our quote quickly. As our sales rep Travis was able to keep us up to date on production times, refer us to the installer and answer all of our questions. We were very happy with the installers, they were tidy and respectful of our home. We were impressed with the service we received and not only would purchase with them again, but would happily recommend them to our family and friends.
