Sales/Decorating
This team member will work with clients in homes and offices, and help them select the best window treatment solutions for their space. This team member will work in the field most of the time, and also help bring in new business.

Sales/Marketing
This team member will work with our internal marketing department. This team member must be able to generate innovative ideas, and develop/evaluate new customer satisfaction surveys.

Accounting/Administration
This team member will handle a wide range of accounting responsibilities and oversee other team members in the department. This team member must be detail-oriented with a strong accounting background. Management experience is a plus.

Installation
This team member will work with customers in installing the window treatment solutions selected for their homes and/or offices. This team member must demonstrate attention to detail, quality craftsmanship and pride in a job well done.

Customer Service
This team member will work with customers and help ensure their satisfaction. This team member must be helpful, friendly and positive, and possess excellent people skills.
