3 5/8 inch Plantation Wood Shutter Blinds are very unique to any other window covering in the marketplace. The wood horizontal slats are made using a proprietary mill work process that adds stability and beauty. The flat 3 5/8″ slat profile, the decorative wood cornice and the vibrant colors are made to combine with any décor your room is directed. Nothing compares to the beauty of real wood.

Basswood materials
Basswood is a clear, creamy hardwood that is very stable and resists bowing and warping. Basswood accepts stains very well.

Parts are kiln dried to low moisture content
Properly kiln-dried lumber is more stable minimizing the risk of bowing and warping of parts 4-step staining process, hard outer shell and broad color selection.

The highest quality staining, sealing and sanding processes are used to make the stain finishes on these blinds truly unique.
The wood slats are sprayed with a unique sealer coat that provides a very hard and durable outer shell making the vanes less vulnerable to the elements. This coating becomes especially important on windows that are exposed to additional sun as well as moisture. Our broad selection of paint and stain colors allow you to match your individual color taste and preferences.
3 ½ inch decorative valance and 5 inch cornices
3 5/8 inch Plantation Wood Shutter Blinds come standard with the same 3 ½ inch wide decorative valance offered on most of our horizontal Blinds. The optional 5 inch cornice would make a great addition to most rooms please ask one of our design consultants for more information.
